I'm looking for a public university which offers MBA program, For the past two months I was searching for the best one which may meet my very limited conditions, which are:

1.Concentration: Marketing
2.Budget: $35K (non-resident)
3.GPA: 3.00/4.00
4.GMAT score: 400~500
5.Period: 1~1.5 year
6.January average low degree: 40°
7.Part-time job is a must

As a resident of Nebraska; The best choice for my was UNK, but I can't stand cold anymore!

is it possible to find one under these conditions

This is not heavily Marketing but a classic MBA is not bad. You can focus on Marketing within your individual or team project. Tuition and Fees. Thanks.

$35K per year, or for the whole program?

Also that GMAT range is pretty low. If your score is within that range, I would re-take.
