That would be the perfect spot for the new Skysox stadium. I have always thought the power plant was a huge eyesore and really took away from downtown. If they could get it done the economic impact would be huge. I hope you guys get it done.

I read the article in the Gazette about closing the power plant by downtown and to be honest it does not look promising. Sure they are going to look at the idea but given how they feel about it I would be surprised if it gets passed that.
