Magstar, you should have no problem finding a 5 bed 3 bath in Briargate for $280K. That's what we live in and they are abundant here. As far as IT goes, your best bet will be government contract work. The higher paying jobs are in that arena. If you get a civilian corporate job doing something like system administration the salaries are around $45-$50k. I know because my hubby is in the field.
