My fiancee and I have been looking for places to move around the Colorado Springs area.
I am a country girl - so prefer a place that is not terribly crowded. Also planning to go back to college soon, so a good school nearby is a bonus.
He wants to get a job bartending - so would like a place near enough to commute to a high class restaurant.

I was looking at Cimarron Hills since it has affordable apartments, isn't directly in the city (well, seemed far enough from the city proper to be a good compromise) and seems like it would be an easy commute.

If anyone could give me some further information it would be greatly appreciated. It's hard to find much information on the web... and pictures of the area are next to impossible.

I'm not sure how large a fan you will be of Cimmaron Hills. It's not that removed from the city and seems to me to be a somewhat dilapitated suburb (ie some gang activity, transitional neighborhood but very little in hte way of charm or character).

What's your price range for a rental and how big do you need it to be?

I agree. What kinda rent are you wanting to pay. Then we can give you some areas where rent is in that same range. SHEP

Well, the range we found there was $569-$650, but does not sound too tempting anymore.

Somewhere around that, as far below $1000 a month as possible, prefer being within at least 20-30 miles of the city.

Thanks for your help.

I did find some homes/townhomes/apartments in your price range. When are you thinking about moving here? SHEP

Next month sometime, exact date depends on when my fiance is settled with his work and stuff here. Any information available online for the places you found? Thank you for looking.
