Me and the lady friend are looking to move to colorado springs or near by this fall from Minnesota. I am currently looking for jobs in or around the area. Just wondering if anyone has any tips or leads that could get me started in my search. We love the state and very much want to become Coloradans!!! Plus the weather is so much better! Thanks!

Lot's of good call center jobs here, but if you have a TS Clearance you can make a little bit more.

Thanks. I just recently got my bachelors degree in psychology and am a military veteran. I am a supervisor at a ammunition manufacturing facility currently and have been for the last 5 years so something in the manufacturing arena would make sense or even something related to management/supervision. I'd really hate to move down there without a job. Trying to make the move as smoothly as possible and be smart about it.

It's a good idea to have the job first. This isn't the worst place to move without a job, but it also isn't the best place. While some cities do have jobs in abundance, we aren't in that position. It may take quite a bit of applying, but it's better to find something where you can make a lateral move. Yes, the weather is massively better here, though compared to Minnesota most places can make that claim
