I'm moving to the Cimarron Hills area of Colorado Springs in a couple weeks and from what I can tell in some ways it is part of Colorado Springs and in some ways it is separate. It doesn't look like I can just get my utilities from the Colorado springs utilities, so who do I go with for my utilities? I can tell its Cherokee Water district for water/ sewer. However, who do I go with for gas/ electric? Do I have a choice in those or is there a set company I have to go with? If you have any websites or phone numbers to contact the company/ies for more info please let me know.

Thank you.

Aquila for Gas, Mountain View for Electric. At least that's what this website says: Colorado Springs Real Estate Connection – Colorado Springs Neighborhood Report – Cimarron Hills

I think it may be in the Cherokee Hills Water District, they have a ton of issues.

Good luck!

Drama continues at Cherokee water district as the chief resigns and expects a year's severance pay.
