Default Water

I'm not sure where you live, but pretty much anywhere in the west there is a water concern. The "Cherokee" area you mention is a special water district with it's own unique issues. I live east of Colorado Springs on 40 acres and I have a GREAT well and I am in a good water area. I don't know if you're looking at moving to Colorado and therefore the concern over water, you just need to do your homework or have someone that's savy when it comes to water issues.
