Bideshi,

I like your screen name--have you lived in Nepal before, mero sati? We lived in Kathmandu, and have enjoyed Everest Nepal because it's the only Nepali choice in town. Their food is OK, but I go for the friendly Nepali hospitality and experience in addition to the food (I'm not sure that helps much). Their achar is not so great-I have a recipe that is much better. I'd be interested to hear how you chose your screen name. They have a lunch buffet that allows you to sample many choices, and it's not very expensive ($6-7).

Smile Everest Nepal Restaurant

I really like the food there, but the service! OI VEY! Can it be slow. Try to go when it's not so busy so you can enjoy you food WARM. LOL.

I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I definately agree with the other poster, service can be SLOOOOWWWWW...but I find that with most Indian restaurants.
