Wondering how bad is zip code 80906 in the B-Street area these days?

Last time I drove around it looks little better then it was back in 2002.

I still notice I saw lot's of pawn shops and liquor stores.

Default 80906

80906 is a mixed bag. Parts of it are very nice - such as the homes and apartments between the Target at Circle and Venetucci and and Hwy 115 - such as in the Quail Lake area. Cross north of Lake, and the neighborhood is not quite as good, but not terrible.

What about the Stratmoor Hills area? Across the street from B-Street / railroad tracks?
