Club on the west side of town. Nice place, fun people. We have swinger events at least once a month, and other kinds of parties every weekend. And game nights, potlucks, classes, discussion groups, workshops, BBQs with cigar service, just...lots of fun things.

I'm not really sharing a super secret thing, we're on Google and the city knows about us. We're on the up and up. But it's like...unlike sketchy massage parlor type operations, everybody there is guaranteed to be a consenting adult.

Of course, you can't really throw a rock in the community without hitting like 3 massage therapists, so free massage is another perk I won't complain about! The cool kids don't pay for such things. lol

On that note, as well as the absurdity of news reporting, I don't know if any of you remember the story about the house parties in Castle Rock? Some guy was throwing swinger parties in a nice, big house in an HOA neighborhood, and even though he soundproofed, covered the windows...the neighbors got wind of what was going on and flipped out. I think he moved.

Now I can understand if there's a nuisance, and partygoers parking their cars all over the place would qualify, IMO.

But the things the complaining neighbors were saying had me rolling with laughter. And it made the national news.

"Some of them are so old that they struggled walking up the stairs," she said. "(One) had four crockpots showing up like they're going to a Bunko party or something."
OMG THE SCANDAL! OLD PEOPLE POSSIBLY HAVING SEX! CROCK POTS!! The DEGENERACY OF IT ALL!
And yes, now literally every time I see a crock pot I'm like "I know what YOU'RE up to!!" in my head. Or out loud. You know, whatever seems appropriate at the time.

I may or may not have also been tempted to buy t-shirts with references to Bunko on them now. Though I have never played it, whatever it is.

We (my scene friends and I) were joking about doing a photo shoots with just crock pots hiding our naughty bits, to show solidarity...and to feed the joke. Just too silly.

I gotta laugh at the hypocrisy of it all....especially as an old fart with a crockpot dating back to 1977.

Forget VooDoo Leatherworks; for true decadence you need to get a taste of VooDoo Donuts!

They are OK, but I've had doughnuts I liked better, it's mostly the concept and fun shtick of it that makes them really successful.

I've been to the original Portland locations, too. They made me a special order to share with my favorite band, years ago. Good times.

@Ryanek9freak thing is, despite the fact that we don't make a secret of our existence, we really try to be good and unobtrusive neighbors. Especially given the church across the street and the residential area and everything. I would swear sometimes the dance hall upstairs is more boisterous than we are. So in a way, I'm happy that someone can live that close and not necessarily know.

There is a balance we want, so those who want to find us, can, and those who would be uncomfortable, aren't made to feel that way.

It's time to decriminalize prostitution and allow for safe places where it can happen.

Benefits of legalization:
De-stigmatization,
Tax revenues for states and localities,
Commercial property revitalization,
*Removing bad actors like pimps and drug dealers,*
Protection for the prostitutes, legal and in-house.
Drug and disease testing for health reasons.

It will also re-vamp society. Women who are not prostitutes would have to start treating men nicely again, because they will have cheap, no-strings-attached competition.

If men can get sex fulfilled cheaply and easily, women who seek relationships will have to take their non-sexual game up a notch, and that means treating men as human beings again and not taking us for granted.
