Every backdrop on every News or night time talk show - Jimmie Kimmel, etc - is made to be pleasant;
Mellow colors, a city scene - from purple-dusk scenes (James Cordon) to mixtures of
blues and blacks, a bit of red.
4:30 am begins Ch 13 News till Good Morn Am at 7am.

I now turn the channel to any other station for morning News, cuz the bright orange with yellow is
just too bright...unpleasant to the eye, ha, especially that early.
The news anchors look washed out.

If you are Caucasian - how many orange shirts do you reach for in a month to wear?
In Interior Design it is known: 'You never paint a room a color you don't look good in wearing'.
People with darker skin look fabulous in orange tones.

Anyhoo, tell me what you think of this set that took forever to build.
Maybe some love it!

I did think everybody knew that Denny's and other restaurants used orange inside cuz,
unconsciously people want to leave faster. Pink and greens are used in jail waiting rooms for
a calming effect. Ha, the new movie 'Glass' has a good example.
Thanks

Don't enjoy it much myself, but have noticed that it change colors throughout the day and only the morning show is orange.

IMO, the whole set do-over was for what purpose? They have camera angles so tight on the crew that you can't really see much of the set anyway. Maybe it isn't completely done.

I shot them an email thanking them ''for not using the orange on the Noon and Eve News sets''.
It's just too bright (esp at 4:30 am!). They spent a lot of money---I think it's done.
Orange is not flattering for many people. That's why I don't do any crime -
the orange El Paso Cty jumpsuit is the deterrent for ME!

Where are all the woke posters complaining that Caucasians can’t wear orange. How about on Halloween or at a Bronco’s game?

I didn't even notice the orange until this thread pointed it out. It doesn't really bother me.
