This was in today's Gazette. I found it interesting because Walker says he does not want to sale his land to the the Springs utilities for the southern delivery system so they are saying they will take it by condemnation. So does that mean they should wait 3 years and try to negotiate with him to sale his land?

I think I like the 3 year waiting period...unless someone can convince me otherwise.
