I doubt you will see any current service scaled back. You might not see the trolley proposal continue.

FREX currently makes about half of its revenue from fares - increasing fares would save city funds without having to cut service.

I can tell you that it takes 2 hours to get from Ftn to Memorial Hospital off of Union. Crazy huh? My old school gave out free bus passes to its students to help them get to school (we were an alternative charter without buses). So, I knew a few students who lived down here and it took 2 hrs to get from here to there and an additonal 2 hours to get home. What a bummer huh?
