Hi! Does anyone know of any good Food manufacturing companies in CO that may have positions open for a Senior Food Scientist with 16 years experience?? Experience in flavors and ingredients, dairy, Sanitation and HAACCP; etc.

Any serious info will be appreciated!! Thank you!

Well, this is easy as pie. I will give you a start. Leprino Foods, The largest manufacturer of mozzarella cheese in the world. If you think about all the pizzas consumed and the most costly product is cheese--well that is lotta dough. It is headquarter in North Denver, on West 38th, where it all began

So, to find the rest, as a food scientist you should look at your professional product guides and find all the manufacturer of food products in Colorado; look them up; look at their career openings.... Ah, why not, I will give you a hint: Thomas Food Industry Register. Yea, Der are others but I ain't gonna tell ya.....

Sarah's Sausage is in Palmer Lake on County Line Rd. They're pretty small, but fairly well established in this area. I've no idea if they need a food scientist for what they do, but it might be worth looking into...
