Can any of you tell me what the area around Sandpiper is like? I know it's SE and that's not always good. Any input greatly appreciated!

That road is between Airport and Fountain.....just off Murray, not too far from where the cemetery is, on the corner of Airport and Academy.

I have a close friend that lives in that area, just off Airport Rd and he's always got stories about law enforcement responding to those areas at night.

Personally, I would stay away from that area and look further North. Please keep in mind, that's just an opinion.

I would be okay living there - just not in an apartment complex. I think the house neighborhoods there are just fine.

Well, never mind. The property I was interested in was beat all to cr@p by the former occupants. I guess when they couldn't make their payments they decided to trash the place.
