We are leaving this weekend from SO CA on a house hunting trip. One we are excited about is in Chatfield Farms, Littleton area. Is this a nice family area? How close to shopping? Is it flat or hilly? Is their rec centers like Highland ranch? Any input woud be wnderful.....Thank You!

Sorry no. Chatfield Farms includes trash removal in the HOA - it is hilly, and close to the Hogback...
