God stay away from this terrible humidity stricken h-hole...god I wish I was not here. Colorado would be great change of pace-at least u have definitive seasons.. when its cool here it only lasts a month or so but still not consistently cool weather enough to forget the awful humidity and heat.

Huge sports fan here. I am a transplant from San Diego but I am still a Padre and Charger fan. I go to a lot of sporting events and I am treated with with respect. Rockie fans are classy. Denver is a great sports town. We have 7 professional teams: Broncos, Rockies, Avalanche, Nuggets, Rapids, Mammoth and Outlaws.

Rockies games are great when teams like the Padres and Diamondbacks are in town.

There aren't (ok, hardly ) any annoying out-of-town fans.

Denver is a transplant oriented city, and transplants often stay loyal to their favorite teams. That's fine. There are even a sizable population of fans who follow Denver's hated rival, the Oakland Raiders. Nobody seems to get too bent out of shape about it.
