Me and my wife are very strongly considering a move to CO looking at the golden arvada evergreen area we love the mountains and outdoors. It seems like finding a home isn't that hard but what about the jobmarket in denver and boulder. My wife is getting her masters in HR. So my question is how hard is it to find a decent job out there when you are from out of state thanks alot

Depends on what you do, I think. I found a job being out of state: had a phone interview, then video conference, then flew in to meet the people, after I had an oral confirmation of an offer.
My husband found a job 2 month after moving here. We are both in IT and in Boulder.

I sent out way to many resumes, with very little responses, before moving there....someone told me most employers don't give out of state people a second glance (mostly because of the myriad of things that can happen to derail a move and/or have it be on schedule).....I just moved there, and resumed looking after I got there & things went much faster and smoother....

Everyone's experience will be different....(my return to CO was in the fall of 2010)

Have you tried searching for jobs online? There are a lot of online sites where you could search for a job. Examples are monster, dice, careerbuilder, nettemps, etc. Here is a decent job search engine one I found called StaffEx Jobs:

Find Jobs Online - StaffExâ„¢ Employment Portal & Social Network

Hope this helps...
