Admittedly what I am am most impressed with Rio Rancho was their ability to get Intel and how that changed the community. The developers of Pueblo Springs want to have a tech park and if they can get one or two companies like Intel then Pueblo Springs will grow as much as Rio Rancho has and that can only be good for Pueblo. I, also, like the buildings they have built as is seems to follow a south west style and I would like Pueblo Springs to have that feel as well.

It's definitely not as hot in Pueblo for a sustained period of time like it is in DFW, but out of all the cities the OP is looking at, Pueblo is the 2nd hottest behind Albuquerque.
Note that these are dry heats, which most people would say is much more tolerable than humid heat. Just something to consider.

If I had to rank the cities in the OP's list in order of my own biased preference the list would be:

1) Fort Collins
2) Colorado Springs
3) Santa Fe
4) Pueblo
5) Albuquerque
Perhaps one of the smaller outlying towns located near one of the above cities would be a better fit for him? Castle Rock? Golden?

I hate to say it, but all of the things that Josseppie thinks are going to happen to Pueblo are not going to happen anytime soon. The city is economically depressed and the business climate isn't very friendly right now.

Of the cities you listed, I would consider Fort Collins, followed by Colorado Springs. I'm not familiar with Albuquerque or Santa Fe, so I'll leave it to someone else to give you suggestions on those cities.
