what about the Museum of Colorado Prisons in Canon City... or the Royal Gorge Bridge?

sesamekid - think you are right i should proablay include the roaly gorge bridge. in the photos section i do have Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad in Royal Gorge Canyon from 1951. But the site deserves a write up. As for the Museum of Prisions i think i need to make a trip down to Canyon City and see it before i can give it a write up.

Yes, the Royal Gorge Bridge is not the same thing as the railroad (the rail line does not actually go over the bridge). And I think it is still the highest suspension bridge in the world so it deserves to be featured!

You really should come see the Prison Museum - I have never seen anything else like it. It is rather macabre actually.

ps. "Canon City" is spelled the Spanish way with a tilda, not "Canyon"
