Sorry for the frustration! Have you tried the method we use a lot with other places...... keep hitting zero until the system freaks out and sends you to a live person?

I went back and found our folder, but couldn't find any other number listed other than what you already have. I see notes my DH wrote - so I know he did have to talk to someone.

I took the advice to call @ 7:30 AM. I got thru, and I've been on hold for 43 minutes thus far. I hope my phone has sufficient charge to hang in there until an agent is available to take my call. Now 44 minutes and waiting!

After an 85 minute hold, I got thru to an agent who squared me away and re-activated my claim. I'm a happy camper now! Thanks to all of you for helping me out.

^^^^Not specifically, but the guy was well aware that the system is outdated, that it needs to be modernized and redesigned to be more accommodating.

I forgot to mention that I had my cell plugged in to the charger while on hold
