@brightdoglover "might not like any culture that dominates her culture"? That's beside the point. Anywhere you move, there will already be a dominant culture, and you have a choice to move elsewhere. I think you were confusing me for someone who is mad because another ethnic group is taking over what was once a predominantly white society. Not so.

Don't rule out Salt Lake City. Mormons are in the minority and it isn't nearly as religious as some think.

Other than the greenery and population, I think Boulder would meet most of your criteria. As for population, Boulder has ~99,000 people (so it's not that far off from 100,000) and Denver is only 45min away if you want to be around a bigger population. COL is high there, but it probably isn't more expensive than Vancouver.
