Group of Aurora theater shooting victims struggles to advance gun laws - The Denver Post

'The federal politics behind gun control are not intuitive. A number of polls taken earlier this year found that more than 85 percent of Americans favor making private gun sales and sales at gun shows subject to background checks, including a large poll done by Pew Research Center among 1,500 adults.
The poll found more than half of Americans saying it was important to control gun ownership and 45 percent said controlling gun ownership was more important than gun rights.'

I just heard its going to be all mail in ballot in Pueblo. In my opinion that is the best way to vote and I always vote by mail anyway.

You know, I thought the same thing...muzzle control.. However at least they're smart enough not to have their fingers on the trigger.

Well, as the safety rule says, "Never point the weapon at anything you do not intend to shoot."

1. Cut the hyperbole. No one involved is a tyrant.

2. We have a state and a federal supreme court to determine what's constitutional. As far as I know, you're not on that court.

The Democrats have dug themselves a mighty deep hole here.

Even if we only get one of the two recalled senators, the GOP is nevertheless in great shape to take back the Senate in 2014 and these are, whatever happens, the first legislative recalls in Colorado history. There is a conservative tsunami sweeping back over this state and it is a direct result of Democrats' crazy-liberal agenda.
