Is this a nice community? It's out a ways, but the homes seem nice and the area very rustic. Is it close enough to CR for day to day stuff?

How are the schools?

?????????????

I've never heard about Bear Dance except as a ceremonial put out by the Southern Ute tribe down here toward spring time.

Is this "Bear Dance" a new suburb or gated community close by to a larger town? If so which one?

I haven't been out to the Front Range in quite some time, so if its located east of Wolf Creek, I can't help you.

Maybe some other forum members know of this place and can help you out.

I was just thinking the same thing Rambler! OP, you might start out by telling us where this Bear Dance is located. My guess is it's a subdivision but I really have no idea. I also am not sure what CR is referencing. Is that an abbreviation for a city/town or ?

It's a newer gated community in Larkspur with a golf course. CR is Castle Rock. Kidlettes go to Larkspur Elementary then bused to CR.

Prices range from under a million to over two. There are three on the resale market today.
