that was me, u aint mistaken :>, evergreen was to long of a commute, basement apt was very nice cheap setup but at the expense of sitting through godaweful traffic to get to an 8dollar an hour job...wasnt gonna do that, job in arvada is still there if i want it..........only a phonecall away

have you considered the Englewood area?

jobs, schools, less expensive housing, shopping ... all close by.

access to the hills via Hampden Ave isn't too bad.
