As we contemplate our potential move, I thought it would be helpful to learn more about what is welcome in Colorado.

I do work that many consider 'alternative' though I prefer to think of it as complementary to traditional health. I am a Reiki master/teacher (think energy work) and I also am a hypnotist.

Now, I'm retired and only work when I want, with whom I want. However, I am very interested in finding an area that is open to these sort of things as well as yoga, meditation, Theosophical society, etc.

Right now, thinking Ft. Collins, Loveland, in that area.

Thanks,
S

Not sure this is related to Fashion and Beauty. You would do better in the Colorado forum (or one of the geographic sub-forums) or the Alternative Medicine Forum.

You are absolutely right, my apologies. I unintentionally posted in the wrong area. Will now try to figure out how to move this post!

Thanks

I know Denver/Boulder is the type of place you would do well. And many mountain communities. Ft. Collins/Lovedland, I could see it too. If we're open to legal weed... well, you do the math

Ha ha, thanks Denverian.

Now...if I could only figure out how to move this thread! I moderate a different forum, but holy smokes, I am lost here.

Boulder, pricey as it is, should be the mother lode of topics you're interested in.

Some of the resort mountain towns, also pricey, might have a market for your abilities.

Thanks for your responses, I will keep doing research. Looking forward to a visit to the area soon.

We are retired, but I do still work from time to time. Only with people I like and when I feel like working. I'm very fortunate.

Thanks again,
S.
