How does the weather compare between Denver and Fort Collins? Are they pretty much the same? Does Denver get more snow?

Climate Fort Collins - Colorado and Weather averages Fort Collins

Climate Denver - Colorado and Weather averages Denver

Very similar.

Anecdotally, I feel like it is windier in Ft Collins, but I do not see data to prove that.

I don't see any difference with wind. Denver seems to get more snow in my opinion, based on days of no snow in Fort Collins while seeing/hearing reports of snow in Denver. It might be the widespread urbanization that could have an effect on the weather.

The links I posted show Denver 55" and Ft Collins 57".

In any case, very similar.

The snow is very similar, the wind is much worse in Fort Collins, especially on the northern end of the city.
