I was wondering, when you are doing your day-to-day activities - do you ever think "I wish they had more shops/restaurants that sold ___ around here!" I do it all the time! What kinds of restaurants or businesses would you like to see in your area?

I guess it depends where. If I lived in metro Denver, I probably wouldn't say it at all. I live near semi-rural Monument and there is sort of a lack of restaurant diversity. For the most part, we have to go to Colorado Springs or Castle Rock or Parker for Thai, Sushi, and Indian food. But that makes sense. We live in a pretty low density area - it goes with the territory.

Most everything else is controlled by supply and demand. Also weather (I wish there was 365 outdoor swimming for example).

By the way, there was no mention in the original post of what was lacking. And I'd bet no matter what it is, it is available somewhere in Denver.
