Haha! Unfortunately, the opposite seems to be true, although the influx does seem to have slowed somewhat. I'm an import myself, via Kansas City, Seoul, Los Angeles-so guess I came here from California.
Colorado still offers a reasonable dream as far as buying property goes, unlike California, where housing is absurdly expensive and out of reach for many. Although, with recent gains, that is changing rapidly.
