Is the school system top-ranked?
Does it have lots of clean, safe public parks and trails?
Are there lots of moms to play with during the daytime?
Are the affordable homes cute and interesting—no tracts or mobile homes?
Do the jobs pay a living wage?
Are the locals friendly?
How much free stuff can I get there?
Can I buy pot easily there?

Can I park a trailer on a lot and live in it, with high speed internet of course.
Can I rent a 4 bedroom apartment for $300?
Can I buy a house for $80,000?
How big is the hail?
What part of town would you choose, if you could pick any part?
Can I camp next to the creek?
Is it progressively conservative or conservatively liberal? Because I don’t like those people. I don’t want to be hassled, you know.
Would the traffic make you move?
I heard Idaho is better.

Hail? Long-time Front Rangers know that when it hails you gather up the chunks and make Long Island Iced Teas with it. Recycling. At its best.

Ranch Exit is the best town in CO...and UT...and WY...

Ranch dressing was invented there, as well as the ranch style home.

You heard it on C-D!

Doh! Forgot about water rights; but they'll have to pry those ice chunks from my cold dead hands....

Those people are actually from a church in Divide. WP residents pay no attention to them. We all know they’re crazy, and they’re not there that often. The Bible “college” (the word gets quotes because they’re entirely unaccredited) is off the wall too. The founder claims he raised people from the dead. Locals just roll their eyes. But they too generally stay to themselves. They have driven property values and rents up quite a bit though. Beyond that WP is a great place to live. Been here 18 years now.

Every time I went to Cripple Creek I'd hit the Starbucks in the heart of town for a potty break and a refill. The scenery is great; traffic sucked.

I like going to Paradox Brewery up the road in Divide. That place makes some outrageously good beer.
