There are several of these types of developments in the works in and around downtown Grand Junction.
https://www.dosrioscolorado.com/

This particular one will feature a float up campground called Sky Outpost and a cantina called El Jet with permanent Airstream campers you can rent by the night. They are also building roll up wall surfer shacks along the river for rentals too. A tiny home development called Frog Pond is going up near the east entrance to the Monument.

The guy who developed the Source in Denver is doing a project on the south side of downtown called the Garage with a wine bar next store and there are talks to have a permanent public market there too.
GJ is changing by the minute.

I'll bet that it's cheaper to use the Airstreams than it is to build and maintain conventional motel rooms. They can add more trailers incrementally at incremental costs rather then full cost up front for a motel. They could even re-lo the airstreams to other communities on a seasonal demand basis. If one trailer burns the rest are still okay. No elevators. No long hallways to be cleaned daily. Interesting concept in many ways.

Styling and attitude will be used to seek relatively high prices I imagine. Or even higher. Seller finds enough price match buyers, plan works.

Carboy opened a new rooftop dining, winery stop in Palisade. Here’s the view.

The Grand Valley is Colorado’s fruit bowl growing famous peaches, but also cherries, apricots, pears, apples, plums and of course wine grapes.

One long standing local watering hole that utilizes many of these local ingredients to craft cocktails is the Peach St Distillery. A Palisade classic.

One of the advantages of the Grand Valley is our relatively easy access to some of the state’s most beautiful areas. Here is a view of the road into Ouray from Ridgway.

Was out there mountain biking just 3 weeks ago. Beautiful area and more trees then I thought there'd be (I live in the St. George area, not many trees around). I rode the palisade rim trail and the views were amazing.

I looked at housing prices and they weren't too bad either. I'm seriously considering moving to the area.

The Peach Festival isn't too far away, I think.
