I found another version of that with state boundaries clearly shown. Eastern mountains are safest place back east.

We don’t have a Costco in the city. The nearest one is in Eagle which we occasionally will drive to, but those kind of grocery discounters mean a lot.

Thanks for the heads up. I would miss having a Costco close by, but it's certainly not a deal breaker.

I see GJ has an REI, which I did not know until recently. That's a plus for me.

A lot of our front range friends are kicking the tires on moving to GJ or some have already started to build here. They always ask what’s bad about GJ and we always answer the same, no Costco.
