Been to nearly every hot spring in Colorado. My all-around favorite is the municipal hot springs pool in Ouray. Nice facility, great setting, clean, not crowded (at least during the week when I usually go), not overly expensive. "Hot springing" is also usually best in winter--I'm not that fond of it in summer.

Pagosa Springs is my #1 favorite. I love the variety of temperatures to choose from. I usually start in the pools with a mid range temperature, then gradually work up to the Lobster Pot on the banks of the San Juan River. Being able to dip in the river is another big plus.best time to visit the hot springs, though I also enjoy summer soaks as well. The steam rising off the waters makes for an almost other worldly setting in the winter. Just visited Orvis this past weekend, and the experience is still fresh in my mind.

Mt Princeton Hot Springs is nice. Under new ownership and a lot of upgrades have been done. Three pools and a spa area. A lot of history with it, also.

As for Glenwood Hot Springs, they're OK if you like sitting in the pool and listening to all the trucks on I-70. I personally find it one of the least desirable hot springs in the state--it's just well-known and living off of its past history, which was quite interesting. As far as a nice hot springs, my personal favorite is the hot springs pool at Ouray. Gorgeous setting, usually not crowded, reasonably priced, and well-maintained.
As for pretty girls, I've never seen a surplus of them at any hot springs, and I've been to just about every one of them in Colorado--most of them numerous times over the years. Oh, and "clothing optional" does not mean "lots of pretty girls"--usually the opposite.
