NO! Does anybody know how to read a map, anymore? Cripple Creek is the county seat of Teller County. Colorado Springs is the seat of El Paso County.

I doubt that map reading even gets taught in the classsroom nowdays, and it's probably been that way for quite awhile. They probably couldn't find a teacher to teach a map reading class even if they decided to offer one.
