Okay...due to A LOT of advice...we will probably be renting a cabin
or house to see if we can actually weather it there before we make
a move and get caught up in a mortgage that we cannot unload
during this crunch time in the US...I have been told to come in the
dead of winter to see what it is really like...and then others say
that isn't a time to make a judgement on the entire year of Colorado weather...just in your opinion, when is a good time to *try out* living there....the next question would be...does anyone know of any good rentals in the Livermore area?

Livermore isn't a place where you'll find much of anything in terms of rentals. Rent in Ft Collins and just plan to poke around Livermore when you're here.

Thanks Shuffler...I looked around online and saw that...the only thing I found was in Red Feather Lakes ...but it didn't allow pets...
