Anyone been to him or this office? It's hard to find a good doctor. Any information is greatly appreciated!

OMG - I was just browsing this board and saw the name of Reid Goodman, who delivered my daughter 21 years ago! He is absolutely terrific, as is everyone in his office. We have since moved to New York (due to family - but still miss Colorado) but I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Thank you so much for info on Dr. Goodman. We are new here and we haven't met people to ask yet. We were so busy with just trying to get moved in and the holidays. So, I really appreciate you sharing your experience with him.

I have been seeing Dr. Suzzane Weber for years and she is awesome. All the doctors there are the best but I prefer Doc Weber.

I now live in Kansas but lived in Denver for years. I went to Dr. Goodman for years. He's great. I would highly recommend him.

Can anyone tell me, is this clinic far from SE Aurora? And, is it hard to get in to? We are relocating the end of the school term. I am currently pregnant and will be due in late october. I'm worried about finding a quality ob/gyn that far into my second trimester (almost starting my 3rd by the time we move). The house we are seriously considering is in the Saddle Rock Ridge area of Aurora. recommendations on ob/gyn's appreciated!

We too moved to Denver when I was pregnant (in my 2nd trimester). Perhaps I have different expectations, but I had my baby at UCH. I think I was assigned to Dr. Thompson, but it's a group practice and a teaching hospital, so it seemed like every appointment was with a different doctor. For me (since it wasn't my first), I learned that when it's delivery time, the most important thing is the nursing staff. They're the ones who take care of you for hours before and hours after (then the doctor arrives for the big finale). The nurses at UCH were phenomenal. I had huge issues after labor and I cannot say enough great things about them. They also have a wonderful staff of lactation specialists, who (if you decide you want to breastfeed) will not let you leave without being comfortable with the breastfeeding process. Also cannot say enough great things about them.

I was at UCH for a week (due to a problem with my daughter) and it was nice to know that they have a level 1 nursery as well as the Colorado Children's Hospital literally across the parking lot.

I guess I don't put a huge amount of weight behind a certain doctor because I had my first child in Arizona. I had a great doctor who I was absolutely confident in. When it was time for delivery, he was really and truly sick. He had to have one of the other doctors in the hospital deliver and when I heard that, I was seriously upset. As it turned out, it didn't make too much of a difference because it was the nurses who I depended on and if you deliver at a hospital with a wonderful doctor but not great nurses, you will be very disappointed.

Also, UCH has great rooms with amazing views for their delivery rooms. It was snowing when my daughter was delivered and I could see the city skylights and the snowflakes falling...very beautiful. It was a great memory.

Default Dr. Goodman is the best!

So, I went to him and he is the greatest doctor in the world!!!!!! I also had Dr. Weber who came in over the weekend to check on me and she was excellent as well. I will definitely be going to this doctor all the time! Thank you all so much for helping make such a great decision.
