I really like this map because it shows where the Riverwalk is and where it will be extended in the future, under I-25 past Runyon Field to Runyon Lake.

Here is a link to the article in the Chieftain that has the map. Plus it gives more information on what the grant will do for Pueblo.

It was for 9/11 responders. Why they had it now instead of on 9/11 is kind of odd to me but it was a fun event.

This is from the Chieftain:

Pueblo on Saturday saluted the first-responders and those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. New York firefighters, actor Gary Sinise, Medal of Honor recipient, Puebloan Drew Dix and local fire and law enforcement officials all spoke at the afternoon ceremony, organized by the Center for American Values and its corps of sponsors.

Sure thing. They make Pueblo look Vibrant, and like a large size city. I might have to take another visit down there, before my move to New York

Come down for the state fair if you will be here. There is also Festival Fridays at the Art Center that gets busy and after downtown can be hopping. Those are really the only large events in pueblo before you leave.

I'll definently look into that! Since I have nothing to do for the Next 5 days (Already packed for NYC), I'll probably gather some friends to road trip with me. Will the fair still be happening in 2-3 days from now? And what are some good hotels in the area?

The fair does not start until August 26 so you will miss it.
