Although the snw is coming down and blowing hard, my driveway has remained miraculously clear of snow all day... almost like it's heated or something.

We're at 7500' near Palmer Divide. I estimate around 6" fell, but the wind is really messing with the drifts. Top picture was taken about 30 minutes ago. Bottom was last week after the snow on Tues.

amazing! I was lucky enought to experience a snowstorm near the esienhower tunnel in may 2008, i have never saw such small almost sleet like flakes but they fell with insane intensity, hopefully this may you guys can have a few more snowstorms for those of us who wont be able to make it out til then

I prefer to stay home by the fireplace or walk around outside and take photos.
When we get more than 18" I don't like to drive unless the roads are plowed. BUT If our ski area was open I'd have gone skiing!
The snow was a few inches above my knees when I took these.
