Pretty neat advertising of the First Base Buildings! It looks like they added more agents, first one obviously bombed. Be awesome to see the building 100% occupied.
He should just let walmart build a store and distribution center there and call it day.. oh wait.. walmart is losing the dollar wars to Family Dollar.. so might as well let them build there instead....
I rode through the site yesterday and was very surprised to see that except for the ballpark and the First Base building they have done nothing. I thought a number of the building would have been razed by now. This thing is not going to be ready until 2020 at this rate.

It was supposed to take 20+ years to be fully developed.
