Not sure what you were expecting for the Ensor building, but that building was always slated to have a ground-floor restaurant like Bone-In, which is far more than a typical "BBQ joint"

That person who is concerned is our resident-in-troll. Not really sure why someone who lives in Raleigh (his/her location seems to change often) is concerned about this project?

Bone-In is awesome, the chef is a star, and this is a win for Bull Street.

I used to live there. I think the city over-leveraged themselves and made a bad deal, but I still think this is executed but will take more than 20 years.

Well it's coming along more than the Dorothea Dix property, that's for sure.

I heard today (again from the sales clerk at the soon-closing Banana Republic) that Williams-Sonoma will re-enter the Columbia market with a store at Bullstreet. She also said Ann Taylor (not Ann Taylor Loft) was looking to open there as well. She said Banana Republic is interested in opening at Bullstreet in a few years.

Maybe Williams-Sonoma INC will locate other brands there as well. Pottery Barn and/or West Elm would be a great fit. Also, you shop at Banana Republic a lot... J/K Lol

That sure is one well connected sales clerk to have all this information. Almost reminds me of the guy who had all of that inside info about Apple and Target locating in University of SC Towers. (Whatever happened to that btw?) I trust your source more than that guy though haha

I kinda hope he/she is wrong (regarding H&M not being at Bull Street). At the same time I kinda hope he/she is right because those you just mentioned would be great at Bull Street. Either way, I'd take just about anything at this point. The waiting is killing me!
