Yes and also finally an acknowledgement of minor league baseballs biggest fan base :
"Seniors are the No. 1 purchasers of minor league baseball tickets,” he said. “And there’s not another 20-acre park that’s going to be built in downtown Columbia.”

Ok it actually looks very nice. Luxury senior living I've noticed seems to bring some more traffic to an area.
