Bone-In is essentially a stadium amenity due to its location but I’m sure it’ll do fantastic on days of fireflies games. As far as the whole development, it’s really just all baby steps at this point

The benefit for him is clear: he was looking to set up a catering kitchen anyway. I'm sure he got a good deal, so he can probably continue to draw a profit even if people don't show up much on non-game days.

Mid-September through March is when it might be the "lean" months. I wish them the best, but in the off months it will have to become a "destination place", since nothing too much will be going on around them, it definitely won't be easy.

They may have a couple of “lean” years. But residents should be showing up by years end or early next year since the townhouse have started and the senior living facility should start this quarter or next.

He will have plenty of free parking for his customers during the off season.. He could have outdoor concerts/bands and not offend anyone.. which could be a huge perk.. I see it has roll up doors.. so.. it could be really nice.
450k? That's what townhouses over here in Atlanta where I live are going for. I have to check out this place next time I'm on Columbia.
They look pretty darn nice though, and seem to be priced around Justice Square in the Vista and Flow in West Columbia, but well below City Club across from edventure !!!
Here's a crazy Idea.
A Hard Rock Cafe at Bull Street Commons. Behind the Stadium with a Condo or Apartment above it.
Just a crazy ideas I know Hard Rock is popular and I know it would draw crowds to Columbia and Bull Street a lot
