Great another trampoline park! Why can't we get a Brandsmart or K&G Mens Store...

Oh well, I'll just wait for the next car wash place, storage unit center, or Dollar General/Family Dollar and since I live in the Garners Ferry/Devine corridor, I'll wait for my next coffee, chicken, or coffee and chicken spot!

Oh snap I have been wanting a Westin in Columbia for a long time now. This along with those other hotel towers planned next to the Convention Center is gonna change the skyline a lot.

Is the plan to build in the square at the end of Senate street? It's a really small footprint, so I imagine they would have to buy some of the adjacent parking lot from Hampton Inn to get sufficient scale, no? I guess they're banking the parking lot on the other side (next to CLA) for future expansion if/when they can get funding.

Fun fact: There is a coming soon sign for a storage unit building at the intersection of Garners Ferry and Trotter rd

yeah.. maybe that is why they want that height because of the small footprint? Another highrise hotel is going up behind the old wet willies as well right? Wow that area is going to be a hub of activity. That will be like seven hotels in a three block stretch

The other Huger St hotels coming before the planning commission in June as well, believe it’s some kind of extended stay though. Property next to the new dual brand hotel that’s currently under construction.

People that live downtown and complain about a 16 storey building, need to move to the suburbs.
