I haven’t heard of any being leased yet so there’s no telling. They are the size of a usual Boost Mobile shop or something similar so I’m thinking things along those lines will probably go in.

Looks to be identical to 1766 S. Lake Dr, South Lexington Plaza, where there's an AT&T store and a pizza shop.
Three to five retail units. Both properties are listed through CBRE by the same agent. Probably nothing unique or special but at least a few more jobs.

Default Another One Bites The Dust??

The leasing agent website shows the Mattress Firm space on Sunset by Poke Brothers becoming available for lease as well as two adjacent spaces. Two MFs down, two to go.

Also it shows AAA Motor Club finally coming to Lexington next to that same retail center.

Default Hwy 378 and Shore Rd

Growth is slowly but surely accelerating westward down 378. The land on the corner of 378 and Shore Rd by J.C. Outdoors is being cleared.
Does anyone know what this will be?

That little strip mall has had a hard time in making it. Places come and go from there.

Agreed. As posted before, at least they landed Dunkin Donuts for the end cap but there are still 3 vacancies. There are quite a few vacancies all along 378, but hopefully these will attract retail and restaurants new to the Lexington market area.

So the Dunkin Donuts is going in where the one taco two taco restaurant use to be? If so that will be a great location for them. The Starbucks down the street gets insanely busy, and the krispy kreme also seems to do well, so I am sure Dunkin can draw enough business to do just fine.

If growth continues along United States Route 378 towards Saluda, the South Carolina Department of Transportation should consider a four-lane corridor from Lexington through Saluda to Greenwood.

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a bigger, newer version of J.C. Outdoors.
