Anyone knows when the development of the combo Dairy Queen Chill & Grill and Convenience gas station will start to build? Columbia International University owns the property and They already made a Columbia Police Dept substation across the street. The land has been cleared but no signs of construction. The address is 6011 Monticello Rd. Right by I-20 It is already on DQ's website with the "coming soon" on it
