The Monterrey move is to make way for the apartment complex on the current Riverside Motel site, correct? Has there been any more news about that proposal?

I hope the new apartment building is architecturally interesting and designed to last for generations. That is a major artery into Columbia and close to the river, so its appearance is important for the city.
