Does anyone have any information about the Bluefield neighborhood in Lexington, SC? It's a new development.

I noticed on the map it shows that it's in Red Bank, but all the addresses are Lexington, SC.

Thanks!

Almost bought a house there, decided I could get more bang for my buck elsewhere in the Metro. Even had earnest money down on it. But they changed up the house too much Avery I agreed to what it would look like and they were kinda overpriced imo. Not even in one of the better attendance zones.

Bluefield in Lexington, South Carolina. Bluefield is located in the 29073-zip code of Lexington, just off of SC 6 or S Lake Drive. Interstate 20 is about 5 miles north so you can get to downtown Columbia very easily. Local shopping is also easy with stores like Walmart, Lowe’s and Publix just minutes away.
The subdivision consists of over 300 homes, with a mix of single-family homes of various sizes. Homes in Bluefield range in size from 1,400 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet, boasting up to 6 bedrooms. Most homes have just three to four bedrooms though and offer two to three bathrooms, making them perfect for families of all sizes. These homes usually include a designated home office, flex or bonus room, or an extra bedroom. Mungo, a local builder here in Columbia, started developing Bluefield in 2019 and they are still building new homes today. Homes are currently priced at the beginning of 2023 in the low to mid 300s.
One of the standout features of Bluefield is its community amenities. The subdivision has a large community pool, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a cabana, and a lazy river. These are just perfect for hot summer days. There is also a playground for children and a dog park for your furry friends.
In addition to the community pool and playground, Bluefield residents also enjoy several community events throughout the year. These events range from pool parties and cookouts to holiday parties and community yard sales.

The subdivision is served by the award-winning Lexington One School District, with zoned schools including Carlina Springs Elementary and Middle School and White Knoll High School.

White Knoll High School is a fine school. I would say that Lexington HS and River Bluff HS are a small step upward.
