All of that will see new construction.

Gone forever is the image so many of us had of leaving Phenix City, headed onto the 14th Street Bridge. Who would have thought that 30 years later /everything/ would be gone or changed?

I stayed in this hotel a few months back for work. Great views of the river and downtown Columbus.

I Agree this is a nice hotel on the phenix city riverfront it just opened up not to long ago so it's brand new. Even though I live in phenix city I would like to stay in it and check it out and then rent me a bike from downtown columbus and go biking on the long columbus riverwalk.

I'm wondering how Riverview Apartments will fare in this new remaking of Phenix City... obviously a housing project right next to a high class hotel and now a huge college campus will not mix well.

I wonder, convert the Riverview buildings into dorms for the students of the Troy State campus?

Has anyone tried CJ's Steakhouse & Spirits in the Pierce Crossing Shopping Center on Summerville Rd in Phenix City?

I have seen mixed reviews, but mostly good. We are going to try it soon.
