I heard on WTVM that the new location will be on Airport Thruway.

Or across from the Landings.

I drove through the new Bojangles the other day and got some chicken... to be honest, I really wasn't impressed. The meat was kind of tough and gamey and definitely didn't taste brined (I.e., it was too "chickeny"). Aside from the gaminess, it really didn't have much flavor at all. I think the fried chicken from Church's and Popeye's is MUCH more flavorful. But since Bojangles is the new "Columbus Achievement," I guess I'm the only one holding these sentiments...

Church's chicken has a weird texture to me - maybe from brining? I can't really eat it, and Popeye's is too spicy for me.

Honestly - haven't eaten the chicken at Bojangles myself. I love their steak biscuit and their Bo-tatoe's. Was interested in trying their grilled chicken sandwich, but that will have to wait until the lines die down there.

But that's the great thing now - we all have choices.

Never thought I'd have a craving for anything from Hardee's but I'm hooked on their new Grilled Pacific Cod sandwich. Who'da thunk it - Hardee's of all fast food joints - putting out a somewhat healthier sandwich. I hope it does well and other chains that offer fish sandwiches will offer a grilled one too!
