That whole area is saturated with booze.
What happened to the family friendly uptown?
No money in that I guess...lol.
Seeing as how its a liquor store, while the other places are restaurants or bars - and it's the ONLY liquor store, I'd imagine it'd do well for the people who live down there.

Saturated? Really? Trying very hard there aren't we?

Not really.
Show me how many places DON'T serve liquor uptown compared to those who do.
We can go from there without trying to awfully hard I am sure.
Nothing exclusive about being the ONLY liquor store in uptown thats for sure think:

Maltitude is a "package store", so they'll count but this is going to be some upscale wines and spirits which no one has. Maybe even some that other larger stores (e.g. Boos, Columbus Beverage and Wine & Spirits) don't carry. I would imagine they'll get some traffic from all around town, not just those living in the Uptown area.

It looks like the walmart supercenter in south columbus should start construction soon. They are tilling the ground and moving dirt.

It's to small for housing; looks like it could be a restaurant or store.
